Refunds are provided in the event that an item is faulty, short-shipped or unavailable. In all other cases, store credit will be issued.
The refund will be issued directly onto the credit card with which you made the purchase.
To receive the funds, it will typically take up to 72 hours from the date the refund is processed.
In the event the credit card has expired, we are able to direct debit your nominated bank account with the funds.
