My credits or coupons were not taken into account in my order

Your vouchers must be selected before proceeding with payment for your order.

Please select the store credits during the first step of the payment process, that being the ‘My Basket’ step.

As soon as you add your items to your basket you will see a narrow box underneath your basket that reads as follows;
“Select the credits and coupons you wish to redeem against this order”
You will then need to tick the box beside your available store credits to apply it to your purchase.
As soon as this box is ticked, our website will automatically remove this amount from the total value of your order.
Please note that if the store credits available exceeds that of the order, then the remaining store credit will still be available for use on future purchases.
