Malicious software
The buyinvite technology infrastructure is protected against malware (viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, etc…) but your PC and home network are your own responsibility.
We recommend using regularly updated anti-virus software and restricting access to your home network. Installing a firewall is also recommended.
Phishing
buyinvite will never contact its members to ask for confidential information such as passwords or bank details.
If you receive an email from buyinvite.com.au asking for such information, or which you believe suspicious for any other reason, please forward it to us at member.relations@buyinvite.com.au
If you suspect your buyinvite account has been used without your authorisation, please contact our Member Relations Department.
In the event of card fraud, please contact your bank directly.
