To locate any credits available on your buyinvite account click on the "my credits" tab on the top of the website homepage.
Occasionally you may notice that a voucher has disappeared from your account. This could be for one of three reasons:
- Your voucher has expired (these are valid for 3 months from the date of issue)
- You haven't validated a basket for which you've selected a voucher
- The order for which you've paid for using a voucher has been cancelled
For the latter two cases, a security delay of several hours is needed before your voucher reappears on your account. We check that your order hasn't resulted in a debit from your bank account. Once these checks are completed, your voucher will be shown again on your account.
