I cannot see my coupons or credits

To locate any credits available on your buyinvite account click on the "my credits" tab on the top of the website homepage.

Occasionally you may notice that a voucher has disappeared from your account. This could be for one of three reasons:

  • Your voucher has expired (these are valid for 3 months from the date of issue)
  • You haven't validated a basket for which you've selected a voucher
  • The order for which you've paid for using a voucher has been cancelled

For the latter two cases, a security delay of several hours is needed before your voucher reappears on your account. We check that your order hasn't resulted in a debit from your bank account. Once these checks are completed, your voucher will be shown again on your account.
