Our unique flash sales model means that we do not hold stock. Instead, at the end of each sales event we make an order with our brand partners for the stock sold. This unique model is one of the many ways that we can provide such tempting discounts to our members.
1 to 2 weeks after the end of each sale, we receive your order in our warehouses. Then we prepare your order at our warehouse and ship it to you via our one of our delivery partners.
Your order is dispatched on average 15 days after you place your order on our website.
While our delivery is typically slower than other websites, our prices and brands are simply irresistible!
Delivery process transparency and tracking:
In order to give you absolute transparency through our delivery process we have included a number of easy to use features on the site to track your order from receipt of it in our warehouse to its dispatch and delivery to your address.
The My Account / My Delivery section of the website
At any time post sale you can view your outstanding orders and order history in the My Account / My delivery section of the website. Here you can view, almost in real time the following:
- The date at which you order has been delivered to our warehouse by our brand partners
- When you order leaves our warehouse
- Any order issues / delay
Delivery normally takes place about 5 working days after your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.
For sales advertised as 24 hour dispatch or 48 hour dispatch
For purchases made before 6pm AEST Sunday to Thursday on eligible sales only.
