Ozsale is Australia’s number 1 members-only online shopping club and your doorway to affordable designer fashion.
Each day, members receive a personal invitation to the most exclusive sales events for men, women, kids, home, beauty, wine and more – at up to 80% off retail.
Membership is free and everyone is welcome to join with no obligation to buy.
Who are Ozsale?
Ozsale has dedicated buyers in Australia, Europe, Asia and New Zealand who spend their days (and sometimes nights!) searching the world for the best products and negotiating deals direct with suppliers to offer exclusively to members.
Why Members Only?
By being an exclusive shopping club, Ozsale is able to offer products you cannot find anywhere else.
With stock being limited, products are reserved exclusively for Ozsale members.
How Does It Work?
It’s simple! Members receive a sale notification every morning.
Sales start every day, seven days a week and typically run for 2 to 3 days.
60% of stock is usually sold in the first 48 hours so getting in early is strongly advised!
Flash sales disappear from the site once they are finished.
How do I use my Vouchers?
Once you have placed the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart you can apply your vouchers by selecting the voucher total from the drop down menu in ‘My Cart’.
How do I update or change any of my personal details?
You can edit any of your personal information, including your registered name or email address by visiting My Account, My Details.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by editing the personal details tab under My Details.
Can I change an order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the flash sales events once an order has been placed it cannot be amended or edited.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed you cannot cancel the order, however you can return the products once received within 14 Days of the order being dispatched. Please see the returns section for more details.
Can I combine items from two separate sales into the same order?
Yes- you can now shop over multiple sales
Why are some products sold out?
A larger percentage of members login as early as possible during our sales events, which can cause the products to sell out quickly!

How many items can I buy in one order?
To ensure product availability for as many members as possible, you are limited to 5 items of one style in one size per order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and PayPal.
How safe and secure is purchasing through ?
OZSALE PTY LIMITED uses NAB Transact to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card and charge card transactions. Confidential information including card details are encrypted using industry standard SSL 128-bit encryption technology.

Is GST included in your pricing?
Yes, all prices include GST unless stated otherwise on the product listing.
What company name will appear on my credit card statement?
Ozsale Pty Ltd.
How much is charged for delivery?
Shipping and Handling is usually charged at $9.95 per branded sales event. Enjoy Free Shipping on most brands for subsequent orders placed within the hour.
We currently have a Shipping and Handling promotion where after shopping from one sales event and being charged $9.95 – each order after that attracts a 70% discount on shipping within the hour - even if you shop from multiple sales events at the same time (excludes some sales).
What do the order status messages mean?
Approved is the first stage your order will go into once it has successfully been processed in the system
Delivery Requested is the stage an order goes into once the brand is being picked and processed.
At the Dispatched stage your unique tracking ID will appear next to your order and you will be able to track its delivery online.
How long does delivery take?
Ozsale works a little differently than other online sites you may have purchased from in the past, and in order to offer you the greatest possible discounts the delivery time is quoted at 7-21 days after the sale has finished.
How are your products sent?
All orders are sent through Australia Post’s Eparcel Service
You can track your order online once it has been dispatched using the tracking system provided on My Account, My Orders.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we deliver to Australia only.
What is Ozsale's return policy?
You can return a product within 14 days of your order being dispatched.
Credit vouchers are given for returns that are non-faulty.
If an item is received incorrectly or faulty (which is very rare), your credit card will be refunded for the purchase price.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns from particular sales, and you can find this information in the Shipping & Returns tab of any product in a sale you are browsing.
How do I return an item?
To return a product please visit My Account and then My Returns to submit a new return request from one of your orders.
Once your return request has been accepted you will be notified via email of your returns number and our returns address.
All returns must receive a returns authorization number (or RAN number) before you can return a product.
All returns sent without a returns number will not be accepted by our returns team.
How long do I have to lodge a returns request?
You can return a product within 30 days of you order being dispatched.
